CMS Model WHO 2025
Católica Luz Clinical Academic Centre is proud to be a partner of the CMS Model WHO 2025!
In collaboration with the United Nations Association – Portugal, this event will take place at the Católica Medical School on June 21st 22st 2025 and is organized by the CMS Model WHO Society.
The CMS Model WHO is a simulation conducted entirely in English, offering university students from around the world the opportunity to participate in an immersive and authentic World Health Assembly experience.
The conference follows official United Nations protocols and includes training workshops and expert briefings, made possible through the collaboration with UNA Portugal – a member of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) – the Católica Medical School, and the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP).
This year’s theme, “Ensuring Health Care Access in Zones of Conflict”, aims to highlight a critical global issue that is central to the World Health Organization’s agenda. Delegates will engage in debates on topics such as medical supply shortages, the safety of health professionals in conflict zones, and the management of disease outbreaks in refugee camps.
