Mentors support and guide new students, sharing experiences, learning and strategies, in a close, informal and focused manner based on the real needs of each student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To better guide this essential role,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucp.pt\/educationsupport-services\/ucp4success\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UCP4SUCCESS&nbsp;<\/a>offers&nbsp;UCP4MENTOR training, available free of charge to all students at the Universidade Cat\u00f3lica Portuguesa.&nbsp;This is an opportunity to strengthen skills, share experiences and grow alongside students, contributing both to academic life and to the personal development of each mentor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first session is in person and the following sessions are online, from 6pm to 8pm, on 21th and 28th October and 4th and 11th November.
