Funded by the&nbsp;European Commission&nbsp;and based at CBR under the leadership of Prof.&nbsp;Lu\u00eds M. Rocha, the project examines&nbsp;how biological, environmental, and social factors interact in health and disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CBeRa integrates&nbsp;computational modeling, data science, and network theory to create tools that help healthcare professionals translate data into prevention and treatment strategies, promoting a more personalized and preventive medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CBeRa is paving the way for the establishment of the&nbsp;Lisbon Institute for Complex Systems (LxCS), a Horizon Europe Teaming for Excellence project now entering Stage 2 after a successful first evaluation.
