Between September 8th and 13th, our Executive Director Ana Rita Constante joined 49 European leaders for the start of the YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative 2025 Fellowship in Boston.
The program combined leadership development sessions with participation in Startup Boston Week 2025, featuring workshops on organizational culture, leadership values, adaptability, and team building, as well as discussions on resilience and growth in startups. These activities highlighted that innovation depends as much on people, values, and resilience as it does on technology.
This international exchange strengthens CAC-CL’s mission to bridge healthcare, academia, and innovation, bringing fresh perspectives to the Portuguese health ecosystem.
We thank American Councils for International Education, U.S. Department of State, YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative, US Embassy Lisbon and all partners for this inspiring start!
