UCP2 BE is an extracurricular activity aimed at all first-year undergraduate students at the Católica Medical School and the headquarters of the Universidade Católica in Lisbon.
Its main objective is to promote the development of social and emotional skills, which are essential for healthy adaptation to higher education.
It aims to promote self-awareness, help students manage emotions, build positive relationships, and make responsible decisions, which are essential skills for their well-being.
