Parasitology in Portugal 2026 Symposium
Católica Biomedical Research Center (CBR) is one of the co-organizing entities of the “Parasitology in Portugal” Symposium, which will take place at the GIMM Oeiras Campus on March 5th, 2026.
The event will be co-organised by colleagues from FMV-UL, GIMM, IHMT-NOVA and aims to bring together researchers, clinicians, and students with an interest in parasitology to share knowledge, foster collaborations, and highlight the work being carried out across Portugal.
Parasitology in Portugal 2026 will be the first Portuguese Parasitology meeting since 2014.
The Parasitology community in Portugal has grown significantly in recent years, and it is therefore time to create a space to share knowledge, foster collaborations, and highlight the excellent work being carried out in Portugal in this field, which has such a strong national tradition.
