The Open Day 2025 at Católica Medical School took place on May 10th and welcomed over 200 high school students and their families for an immersive medical school experience.
Throughout the day, participants had the chance to explore what it truly means to study medicine at one of Portugal’s leading medical schools.
From hands-on experiences in the SkillsLab, ResearchLab, and AnatomyLab, to engaging with our Problem-Based Learning (PBL) methodology, students immersed themselves in a dynamic and interactive academic environment.
The event also fostered meaningful connections between future applicants and our current medical students and faculty, who were available to share insights, answer questions, and discuss life as a medical student at Católica.
