Breast cancer is caused by multiple genetic and environmental factors. Research has shown that adopting healthy habits, such as a balanced diet, a stable weight, and regular physical activity, can reduce some of the risk.
Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and many modifiable risk factors, such as diet and lifestyle, can influence its development.
Can cancer be prevented? In many cases, yes.
