Our Executive Director, Ana Rita Constante, has joined the YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative Fellowship, with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Lisbon.

The YTILI Fellowship is the U.S. Department of State’s flagship program for emerging entrepreneurs from Europe. It brings together a transatlantic network of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and innovators, fostering collaboration and innovation across borders.

Over the next five weeks, Ana Rita Constante will be in Boston, Iowa City, and Washington D.C., learning from U.S. organizations, connecting with peers across Europe, and exchanging ideas on how to drive positive impact in our communities.

During the fellowship, she intends to explore how U.S. clinical academic centers integrate innovation into education, research and care, to understand mentorship models that support healthcare innovators and to examine how digital tools, data science, and AI are enhancing clinical education and care through interdisciplinary collaboration.

We wish Ana Rita Constante an incredible and inspiring experience and look forward to welcoming back the valuable insights and potential transatlantic partnerships she will bring to the Católica Luz Clinical Academic Centre (CAC-CL).
