Sam Izadloo, a student at Católica Medical School, participated in the Call for Projects in the Student category with his project Dermamatica, supervised by CAC-CL Executive Director Ana Rita Constante, which also participated as a speaker at this conference.

The Digital Health Summit 2025 took place on December 10th and December 11 at the University of Madeira – Colégio dos Jesuítas in Funchal. This event brought together healthcare leaders, technology experts, researchers, and innovators to explore the future of health and healthcare transformation.

Keynote speakers and industry experts reflected and discussed critical topics such as digital transformation in healthcare, cybersecurity challenges for hospitals, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), artificial intelligence in diagnosis and treatment, and the data and technology needs of healthcare professionals.
