On November 14th, the first edition of the CSBRI Research Day took place, as part of the Católica Students’ Biomedical Research Initiative (CSBRI) – an internship program held between April and October, in which students from Católica Medical School could participate.
This event marked the closing of the first edition of the Católica Students’ Biomedical Research Initiative (CSBRI) and showcased the projects and experiences developed by our participating students.
The CSBRI Research Day began with Welcome Remarks by Dr. Ana Rita Constante, Executive Director of the Católica Luz Clinical Academic Centre, followed by the first session of student poster presentations, a short coffee break sponsored by Padaria Portuguesa, and then the second session of student poster presentations. The Closing Remarks were given by Prof. Frederico Simões do Couto, Physician-Researcher and President of the Pedagogical Board at Católica Medical School.
